Faculty of Arts held a seminar on “New Paradigm for Educational Administration and Quality Development in the Me Kong Sub-region” and built academic collaboration
August 162019 at NK2302, 3rd Floor, Lecture and Laboratory Building – Faculty of Arts held a seminar on “New Paradigm for Educational Administration and Quality Development in the Me Kong Sub-region” with aim to build an academic collaboration network between Khon Kaen University and academic institutions in the Northeast and Me Kong Sub-region. The seminar also developed professional education administrators among teachers, professors, personnel and students. Dr. Angsu-orn Na Nongkhai, Associate Dean for Planning, Academic and Foreign Affairs of the faculty presided over the opening ceremony.
The seminar featured a special talk by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ekachai Kisukpan, President of Professional Standard Committee of Office of Teachers’ Council on “New Paradigm of Administration and Educational Quality Development in the Digital Era”. Over 150 participants attended the seminar including educators in Nongkhai, Buengkan, Udonthani and Sakonnakhon.
Dr. Angsu-orn Na Nongkhai, Associate Dean for Planning, Academic and Foreign Affairs explained that this seminar emphasized enhancement of knowledge, understanding, and new perspectives towards educational administration and integration towards efficient instruction. The outcomes will enable propulsion of policy towards implementation of Office of Foundation Education as well as building academic collaboration network between Khon Kaen University and academic institutions in the Northeast and Me Kong Sub-region and developing professional qualities of educators, teachers, personnel and students.
