The Faculty of Dentistry at Khon Kaen University has reinforced its standing as a national leader in organisational quality development. The Faculty was invited to participate in the national seminar, “TQA2025 Winner Conference: Transforming Best Practices into Sustainable Excellence”, held from 28 to 29 May 2026 at Prince Ballroom 2–3 at the Prince Palace Hotel in Bangkok.

This national forum was convened to disseminate knowledge, best practices, and organisational management experience from recipients of the Thailand Quality Award (TQA), as well as organisations demonstrating outstanding management and leadership. The conference aimed to inspire attendees, facilitate the exchange of perspectives, and expand approaches for developing organisations towards sustainable excellence.

On 28 May 2026, Assistant Professor Ajiravudh Subarnbhesaj, Ph.D., Dean of the Faculty of Dentistry at Khon Kaen University, spoke as a guest speaker in a panel discussion entitled “Leadership Excellence: Transformation & Impact”. He shared insights on organisational management, driving institutional transformation, and the outcomes achieved through continuous quality development.

The following day, the Faculty presented its best practices on “Process Improvement & Continuous Improvement System” and participated in a panel discussion titled “From Early Results to Leading Performance”. These sessions allowed the KKU delegation to share experiences in work system development, building a culture of quality, and elevating operational performance to meet standards of excellence.

The university delegation participating in the knowledge exchange and collaborative sessions included key executives and staff members:

  • Associate Professor Anoma Rattanacharoenthum, Associate Dean for Administration
  • Assistant Professor Dr. Rajda Chaichit, Associate Dean for Strategy
  • Mrs. Neunghathai Apiphatkan, Senior Pharmacist and Head of the Patient and Service Support Section

The Faculty’s invitation to the national stage attests to the capacity, dedication, and progress of the Faculty of Dentistry at Khon Kaen University in continuous organisational development, and reflects the institution’s readiness to advance administrative management towards national and international standards—building a learning organisation driven by quality, innovation, and sustainable excellence.
