KKU Makes Waves Internationally: Associated Medical Sciences Faculty Member Honored for Promoting Thai Culture at Nordic Nuad Thai Stage
The Faculty of Associated Medical Sciences at Khon Kaen University (AMS-KKU) proudly congratulates Assistant Professor Dr. Yodchai Boonprakob, a lecturer in the Physical Therapy program, on receiving the prestigious “Person of the Year Awards 2026.” This honorary award recognizes individuals who have made outstanding contributions to supporting and promoting Thai culture in Finland. The accolade was presented at the Nordic Nuad Thai Championship 2026 held in Finland.
Elevating Thai Wisdom with Modern Science
Asst. Prof. Dr. Yodchai expressed his deep honor and pride in receiving this recognition, noting that it serves as a vital encouragement to continue preserving, inheriting, and disseminating knowledge. By integrating neuroscience, biomechanics, and anatomy into Traditional Thai Medicine and Thai massage, he aims to elevate these practices to meet international standards.
