KKU MBA hosts a national conference on business management and innovation 2019.
On September 21, at Soonthorn-Araya Arunanon meeting room, KKU Master of Business Administration (MBA) in hands with its coalitions in hosting The National Conference on Business Management and Innovation 2019 (NCBMI 2019). The event was chaired by Assoc. Prof. Charnchai Panthongviriyakul (M.D.), an advisor to the acting president, the objective was reported by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Lampang Manmart, a dean of MBA. There was a special lecture on the topic, “How to adjust one’s self in a quick changing of technology”, given by Dr. Panrapee Raphipan, an iT 24 Hrs. owner. There were about 60 presentations by students from 21 institutes.
Assoc. Prof. Charnchai Panthongviriyakul (M.D.), an advisor to the acting president, said the fast development of technology has inevitably affected how business is operated leading to a creation of new career paths on the expense of some obsolete jobs which are diminished through time. Business innovation is used in placed of outdated position performed by people. People need to cope with such change in order to successfully run their business. This conference is an arena the promote mutual exchange of knowledge on modern business administration among academic, students and researchers which should help business sectors to maintain effective operation in their respective fields.
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Lampang Manmart, a dean of MBA, said one of the program’s the objectives was to create an arena for academic exchange of ideas on business administration between scholars, researchers and students from various universities. The dissemination of knowledge on business management and innovation should be beneficial for the creation of network and the development of national business in the future.
The National Conference on Business Management and Innovation 2019 (NCBMI 2019) is co-hosted by KKU MBA and its always-academic partner, Burapha University. The event attracted about 200 participants and about 60 journal presentations were included.
