The workshop trained entrepreneurs and professionals to create AI Agents without programming skills, aiming to enhance business communication and competitiveness in the digital era.
KHON KAEN, THAILAND – The College of Graduate Study in Management, Khon Kaen University (MBA KKU), in collaboration with BOTNOI GROUP, organised a workshop titled “Build Your Business AI Assistant: Turning Every Interaction into a Business Opportunity.” The event featured Mr. Weera Chearanaipanit, Associate Dean for Business Partnerships at MBA KKU; Dr. Winn Voravuthikunchai, CEO of BOTNOI GROUP Thailand; and Dr. Thanawat Tiensiriphet, CMO of BOTNOI GROUP Thailand, as keynote speakers and trainers. The workshop took place on 24 April 2026 at the Police General Pao Sarasin Conference Room in the Sunthon–Araya Arunanondchai Building, College of Graduate Study in Management, Khon Kaen University.
The event was designed to enhance knowledge and skills in the application of artificial intelligence within the business sector. It focused specifically on creating AI Agents, or AI assistants, to meet the demands of customers in the digital age, who expect rapid, accurate, and consistently available responses. An AI assistant serves as a crucial tool for communicating, providing information, and managing customer relations around the clock.
Furthermore, the workshop promoted the use of No-Code tools for building AI Agents, websites, and chatbots, eliminating the need for a programming background. This approach enables participants to directly apply their new knowledge to their businesses, organisations, or professional roles, helping to increase efficiency, reduce workloads, and tangibly create new business opportunities.
Mr. Weera Chearanaipanit, Associate Dean for Business Partnerships at MBA KKU, remarked that artificial intelligence technology has become integral to business operations at all levels, particularly in communication, which directly impacts customer satisfaction and trust.
“In an era of rapid change, AI is no longer a distant concept but an essential tool that helps entrepreneurs overcome limitations in time and personnel,” Mr. Chearanaipanit stated. “MBA KKU intends for this workshop to be a key mechanism for strengthening competitive capabilities, enabling businesses to communicate effectively, respond to customers swiftly, and build a foundation for growth in the digital business world.”
Dr. Thanawat Tiensiriphet, Chief Marketing Officer of BOTNOI GROUP Thailand, highlighted the current importance of AI skills, noting that the world has entered a context where AI is a genuine part of the modern workflow.
“Today, the ‘AI assistant’ is not a futuristic idea but something everyone can start building now,” said Dr. Tiensiriphet. “While many may worry that technology will replace human roles, great opportunities are always hidden within change. The skills that the business sector now demands involve the ability to collaborate with AI to solve complex problems. Learning to create AI with No-Code tools will allow participants to transform their business data into innovations that truly meet customer needs, without requiring any programming expertise.”
Following the lectures, participants engaged in a hands-on session where they learned to feed business data into an AI system, create a website to support communications, and install a smart chatbot for 24-hour service. This practical experience provided a comprehensive overview of the AI Agent creation process, equipping attendees with actionable strategies to enhance their operational efficiency.
This workshop not only upgraded the digital skills of personnel, entrepreneurs, and the broader business community but also underscored MBA KKU’s role in bridging knowledge from academia and the private sector. The initiative aims to strengthen the AI ecosystem and generate a sustainable, positive impact on the economy and society.
