KKU COLA students win 3 prizes, first and first runner-ups from the ASEAN Cooperative Education Presentation Event of the second semester 2018
June 4, 2019 at Prajak Room, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine – Office of Academic Administration and Development of Khon Kaen University organized ASEAN Cooperative Education Presentation Event of the second semester 2018. 192 students joined the competition. Those with outstanding presentations will be selected as the examples for the next year project. The event was honored to have Prof. Dr. Surasak Wongratanacheewin, Acting Vice President for Education presiding over the opening ceremony.
The presentation of cooperative education work is a project for the students after they completed their cooperative education program to present what they have done. This is a mechanism or a tool under an extra-curricular activity. The event was aimed at sharpening the students’ life skill as a leader and a follower, promoting conscience in social responsibilities, and building a student development network. There were both oral and poster presentations, which were divided into two groups: sciences and technologies, and humanities and social sciences and management. The committee comprised qualified lecturers in all fields.
COLA students won 3 prizes from this event as follows:
1. Miss Mintra Wongwirat, a student of the Public Administration Program majoring in financial management – receiving the first prize and a certificate from her oral presentation in the field of humanities, social sciences, and management
2. Mr. Wanatpong Phuttamonsing, a student of the Public Administration Program majoring in local administration – receiving the first runner-up prize and a certificate from her oral presentation in the field of humanities, social sciences, and management
3. Mr. Yuthachai Wisitpajonchai, a student of the Public Administration Program majoring in financial management – receiving the first runner-up prize and a certificate from her oral presentation in the field of humanities, social sciences, and management
