“We do not only compile the information, but we also attempt to find tools or technologies to assist and make the work more convenient. Parallel to this, we have developed the system for managing the complaints so that there is the process to listen to complaints from all platforms. Then we considered and presented to the administrators or relevant officers to solve the problem in time. Finally, we draw the conclusion each month for clearer view of the management.”
The information led to answering FAQ and answering questions of the same type all over the organization and developing of the Chatbot Application that helps answering questions of users’ complaints and requests. The prize is a moral support for all officers to move forward and improve their system in the future.
