Faculty of Engineering is ranked among the TOP 10 Engineering institutions of the State Universities again this year by the Thailand Education Ranking (TER). Upbean Co. Ltd., is the organization that has conducted the survey online for the opinions of 7,720 people all over the country including students, school pupils, parents, and the public. The decision was made from September 1 until December 31, 2020, from TER’s compilation of the survey results from all over Thailand. The judgement of the Most Popular Universities in Thailand is based on the following criteria:
- The popularity measured from the votes of pupils, students and the public in the country. The data was classified according to the interests of leaners into the most popular university in engineering, in business administration-accountancy, in communications arts, etc.
- The information was collected according to the university types, i.e., state universities, private universities, Rajabhat universities. Finalization of the data is done during the period from March until December each year. The announcement is made around January to February and the information is used for students and their parents to choose the university for themselves.
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Rachaphon Santiwarakorn, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering said that the Faculty of Engineering, Khon Kaen University still ranks under the Thailand TOP 10 universities in engineering of 2020 from the survey made from the opinions of 7,720 school student, university students, parents and the public this year, which was carried out by Thailand Education Ranking (TER). The dean thanked all for thinking of and appreciating the faculty. The Faculty o continue to be dedicated to the preparation of quality engineers, creation of research work and innovations for the country.
