Khon Kaen University Organises Buddhist Chanting and Meditation Sessions to Promote Morality and Ethics

Monthly spiritual development initiative at the Sirikunakorn Building fosters mindfulness and inner peace for university staff and the public.

On 15 May 2026, Khon Kaen University (KKU) organised a session of Buddhist chanting, meditation, and spiritual reflection under the Morality and Ethics Promotion Project of the Office of the President. The activity took place in the ground-floor lobby of the Sirikunakorn Building.

Mr. Chumporn Para, Director of the Corporate Communications Division, was honoured to preside over the ceremony. The event drew active participation from personnel across various KKU departments as well as members of the general public.

The atmosphere throughout the session was characterised by tranquillity, simplicity, and profound faith. This collective gathering reflected a shared commitment to cultivating morality, ethics, and mental well-being, helping participants achieve spiritual balance in both their professional and personal lives.

Khon Kaen University cordially invites staff, students, and the general public to participate in these regularly scheduled chanting and meditation sessions. The university aims to strengthen spiritual resilience and foster inner peace among its community members, ultimately contributing to the sustainable development of a virtuous society.
