According to the official announcement on the SCImago Institutions Rankings website https://www.scimagoir.com KKU ranks 3rd in Thailand in the subject area of Business, Management and Accounting out of 31 institutions nationwide. In the field of Economics, Econometrics and Finance, the University advances to 2nd place in Thailand out of 18 institutions.
The SCImago Institutions Rankings assess global research-performing institutions based on data from the Scopus database. The evaluation framework emphasizes three key dimensions: Research Performance, Innovation Output, and Societal Impact, reflecting both academic productivity and broader contributions to society.
