Queen Sirikit Heart Center Hosts Training to Enhance Cardiovascular Nursing Skills

The Queen Sirikit Heart Center launched a professional development program on September 3, 2025, titled “Up-skill Re-skill Cardiovascular Nurse 2025,” designed to advance the expertise of nurses caring for patients with heart conditions.

The training was inaugurated by Mrs. Benchamat Saensang, the center’s Deputy Director and Head of the Nursing Division. She also delivered a special lecture on “The Role of a Nurse in Improving the Quality of Patient Care for Better Care,” sharing key guidelines and experiences to elevate nursing standards for cardiac patients.

Held from September 3-4, the program is organized into two sessions. It brings together professional nurses specializing in heart disease to exchange knowledge and experience. The initiative focuses on building new skills (up-skilling) and adapting existing ones (re-skilling) to enable more effective care for patients with heart and vascular diseases.
