Khon Kaen University (KKU), led by Mrs. Natsamol Tanakulrungsarit, Vice President for Legal and Communications, together with university personnel, participated in the tribute ceremony to honor Her Majesty Queen Sirikit The Queen Mother. The ceremony included the laying of floral offerings and a candlelight tribute in celebration of Her Majesty’s birthday on August 12, 2025, held at Kaen Muang Conference Hall, Khon Kaen Provincial Hall.

The event was presided over by Mr. Kraisorn Kongchalad, Governor of Khon Kaen Province, who led heads of government agencies, state enterprises, local administrative organizations, the private sector, and members of the public in laying silver and gold offering trays before the royal portrait of Her Majesty Queen Sirikit The Queen Mother. The tribute was conducted to honor Her Majesty’s grace, demonstrate loyalty, and express gratitude for her immeasurable benevolence to the Thai people.
