The Academic Administration and Development Office, Khon Kaen University, has once again brought pride and recognition to Thailand with its award-winning innovation, the “Prototype of a Smart Kiosk for Providing Educational Documents with an Innovative Automated System Design”
On August 14, 2025, the Office received a Certificate of Recognition congratulating Thai inventors and researchers who won awards on the international stage at the “Internationally Outstanding Inventors Awards Ceremony.” A Smart Kiosk Prototype for Education Document Services Using and Automated Framework Design Innovation,” organized by the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation (MHESI) and the National Research Council of Thailand (NRCT), as part of the “MHESI Fair 2025” at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center, Bangkok.
Subsequently, the Office was also honored by the National Research Council of Thailand (NRCT) to participate in the exhibition at the “Invention and Innovation Contest” for the Fiscal Year 2026, held during September 1–2, 2025, at the Activity Hall, 2nd Floor, NRCT Building 8. The exhibited work was presented under the topic “Prototype of an Intelligent Kiosk for Educational Document Services through an Innovative Automated System (28411).”


This remarkable achievement not only demonstrates the strong potential of Khon Kaen University in developing cutting-edge educational innovations but also reinforces its role as a driving force in elevating Thailand’s academic services onto the global stage.
