College of Local Administration, KKU, Signs MOU with 1O1 Company to Enhance Academic, Research, and Innovation Capabilities for Local Development

The College of Local Administration (COLA), Khon Kaen University (KKU), organised a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signing ceremony to establish academic collaboration with The 1O1 Percent Co., Ltd. The ceremony was held on 22 January 2026 at the College of Local Administration building, Khon Kaen University.

The agreement was signed on behalf of Khon Kaen University by Assistant Professor Sirisak Laochankham, Dean of the College of Local Administration, while Mr Chat Khamsaeng, authorised representative of the Executive Board of The 1O1 Percent Co., Ltd., signed on behalf of the company.

The collaboration aims to promote cooperation in academic development, research, social innovation, and knowledge exchange, as well as the joint organisation of seminars, workshops, and community service activities. The partnership is specifically designed to support sustainable development at the local, community, and societal levels.

The Dean of the College of Local Administration stated, “This collaboration aligns perfectly with COLA’s mission to be a leading institution in public affairs, creating value for society. It also serves as an integrated platform marrying expertise from both the academic and private sectors, thereby generating positive long-term impacts on national development.”

This partnership marks another significant step in connecting the power of the College of Local Administration with the private sector to drive positive change for Thai society.
