16 กรกฎาคม 2568 – ผศ.ดร.อชิรวุธ สุพรรณเภสัช คณบดีคณะทันตแพทยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น พร้อมด้วย ผศ.ดร.ศุภวิชญ์ หมอกมืด รองคณบดีฝ่ายวิจัย บัณฑิตศึกษาและวิเทศสัมพันธ์ ให้การต้อนรับคณะผู้บริหารจาก Wenzhou Medical University สาธารณรัฐประชาชนจีน ซึ่งประกอบด้วย Prof. Lianpin Wu, M.D., Associate Dean, The Second School of Clinical Medicine, The Second Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University, Prof. Liang Hu, O.D., Associate Dean, School of Ophthalmology and Optometry, The Eye Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University และ Prof. Hui Deng, M.D., Associate Dean, School and Hospital of Stomatology, Wenzhou Medical University
การเยือนครั้งนี้มุ่งเน้นการเยี่ยมชมและศึกษาดูงาน ณ ภาควิชาปริทันตวิทยา โดยได้รับการต้อนรับจาก รศ.ดร.ดุษฏี หอมดี หัวหน้าแขนงวิชาปริทันตวิทยา ซึ่งได้นำคณะเยี่ยมชมคลินิกศัลยกรรมปริทันต์ (Periodontal Surgery Clinic) รวมถึงคลินิกบำบัดความเจ็บปวดที่ใบหน้าและช่องปากเวชศาสตร์และทันตนิทราเวช (Orofacial Pain, Oral Medicine and Dental Sleep Clinic) โดยมี รศ.ดร.ฑีฆายุ พลางกูร จอร์นส อาจารย์แขนงวิชาชีววิทยาช่องปาก ให้การต้อนรับและให้ข้อมูล พร้อมทั้งนำชมศูนย์วิจัยและห้องปฏิบัติการต่าง ๆ ภายในคณะฯ
นอกจากนี้ ยังได้มีการประชุมหารือร่วมกันระหว่างผู้บริหารทั้งสองสถาบัน เพื่อแลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็นด้านความร่วมมือทางวิชาการ การวิจัย และการจัดกิจกรรมร่วมกันในอนาคต ซึ่งนับเป็นก้าวสำคัญในการสร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือระดับนานาชาติ เพื่อยกระดับคุณภาพการศึกษา งานวิจัย และบริการวิชาการสู่มาตรฐานสากล
Faculty of Dentistry, Khon Kaen University Welcomes Delegation from Wenzhou Medical University to Foster Academic Collaboration
July 16, 2025 — The Faculty of Dentistry, Khon Kaen University (KKU), warmly welcomed a delegation from Wenzhou Medical University, People’s Republic of China, for a visit aimed at exploring future academic and research collaboration.
The KKU team, led by Asst. Prof. Dr. Ajiravudh Subarnbhesaj, Dean of the Faculty of Dentistry, and Asst. Prof. Dr. Supawich Morkmued, Associate Dean for Research, Graduate Studies, and International Affairs, hosted the visiting delegation which included: 1. Prof. Lianpin Wu, M.D., Associate Dean, The Second School of Clinical Medicine, The Second Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University 2. Prof.Liang Hu, O.D., Associate Dean, School of Ophthalmology and Optometry, The Eye Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University และ 3. Prof. Hui Deng, M.D., Associate Dean, School and Hospital of Stomatology, Wenzhou Medical University.
The visit featured an academic tour focusing on the Department of Periodontology, where the guests were welcomed by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Doosadee Hormdee, Head, Department of Periodontology, and guided through the Periodontal Surgery Clinic. In addition, the delegation visited the Orofacial Pain, Oral Medicine, and Dental Sleep Clinic, where they were introduced to the clinical and academic work by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Teekayu Plangkoon Jorns, a faculty member from the Department of Oral Biology. The visit also included a tour of several research laboratories within the Faculty.
During the official meeting, representatives from both institutions discussed potential areas of collaboration, including student and staff exchange, research collaborations, and future cooperative activities. This visit marks an important milestone in establishing a long-term international partnership between KKU-Faculty of Dentistry and Wenzhou Medical University.
