Professor Emeritus Pornpetch Wichitcholchai, President of the Senate, presided over the opening ceremony. Mr. Pantep Klanarongran, Second Vice Chairman of the Committee, stated the objectives of organizing the event. In this regard, Khon Kaen University, represented by Associate Professor Dr. Supasit Konyai, Deputy Director of Academic Services, Office of Academic Services, participated in the seminar on the study of the characteristics of soil-cement weirs.
