Khon Kaen University opens a medical equipment calibration center with ISO/IEC 17025:2017 standards, joining hands with networks to upgrade medical support systems
On Friday, April 4, 2025, the Faculty of Medicine, Khon Kaen University organized the opening ceremony of the Center for Testing and Calibration Laboratory under the ISO/IEC 17025:2017 standard and the signing of the academic cooperation and medical support system work, with Mr. Siriwat Pinijphanich, Deputy Governor of Khon Kaen Province, as the chairman of the ceremony and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Chanchai Panthongviriyakul, President of Khon Kaen University, giving a congratulatory speech and presenting souvenirs to the cooperation networks from both the public and private sectors at the Rabkhwan Meeting Room, 3rd floor, Bayasita Hotel, Khon Kaen University. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Phatthapong Makarawes, Chairman of the Faculty of Medicine Foundation, Khon Kaen University, reported the background that the Center for Testing and Calibration Laboratory under the ISO/IEC 17025:2017 standard and the signing of the academic cooperation and medical support system work are part of the development strategy and excellence creation of the Faculty of Medicine, Khon Kaen University under the support of the Faculty of Medicine Foundation, Khon Kaen University and the operation driven by Medical Facility Management Company to elevate the quality of education, research and academic services to international standards.
