KKBS joins hands with the Business and Professional Women Association of Khon Kaen Province to create a network to support education.

เมื่อวันที่ 12 กันยายน 2567 ที่ผ่านมา คณะบริหารธุรกิจและการบัญชี มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น จัดพิธีลงนามบันทึกข้อตกลงความร่วมมือทางวิชาการระหว่าง มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น กับ สมาคมสตรีนักธุรกิจและวิชาชีพจังหวัดขอนแก่น โดยภายในพิธีได้รับเกียรติจากผู้บริหารทั้งสองหน่วยงาน ประกอบด้วย ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.พงษ์สุทธิ พื้นแสน คณบดีคณะบริหารธุรกิจและการบัญชี นางวรรณเพ็ญ เกษมสันต์ ณ อยุธยา นายกสมาคมสตรีนักธุรกิจและวิชาชีพจังหวัดขอนแก่น ร่วมลงนามในบันทึกข้อตกลงความร่วมมือทางวิชาการ ณ ห้องนภาไพลิน คณะบริหารธุรกิจและการบัญชี มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น (ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.พงษ์สุทธิ พื้นแสน คณบดีคณะบริหารธุรกิจและการบัญชี ) (นางวรรณเพ็ญ เกษมสันต์ ณ อยุธยา นายกสมาคมสตรีนักธุรกิจและวิชาชีพจังหวัดขอนแก่น) สำหรับการลงนามบันทึกความเข้าใจความร่วมมือทางวิชาการในครั้งนี้ คณะบริหารธุรกิจและการบัญชี มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น  และ สมาคมสตรีนักธุรกิจและวิชาชีพจังหวัดขอนแก่น ได้เห็นชอบร่วมกันในการสนับสนุนด้านการศึกษา เพื่อขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษาให้กับนักศึกษาได้เรียนรู้หรือฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพจากองค์กรทั้งภาครัฐและภาคเอกชน อีกทั้งสนับสนุนงานด้านวิชาการ การบริการวิชาการ การวิจัย และการอบรมสัมมนาความรู้ด้านบริหารธุรกิจและการบัญชีให้กับนักศึกษา ประชาชน และผู้ที่สนใจ เพื่อพัฒนาศักยภาพของตนเองให้มีทักษะรอบด้าน ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.พงษ์สุทธิ พื้นแสน คณบดีคณะบริหารธุรกิจและการบัญชี กล่าวว่า คณะบริหารธุรกิจและการบัญชี มีความยินดีเป็นอย่างยิ่งที่ได้มีการลงนามบันทึกความเข้าใจ MOU กับ สมาคมสตรีนักธุรกิจและวิชาชีพจังหวัดขอนแก่น […]

KKBS signs a cooperation agreement with the Accounting Profession Council to support the creation of quality personnel to support the expansion of the global economy.

On September 6, 2024, the Faculty of Business Administration and Accountancy, Khon Kaen University organized a signing ceremony for an academic cooperation agreement between Khon Kaen University and the Council of Accountants under Royal Patronage. The ceremony was honored by executives from both agencies, including Assistant Professor Dr. Phongsutthi Phuensaen, Dean of the Faculty of Business Administration and Accountancy, Associate Professor Dr. Kritpa Saenchaithorn, Head of the Department of Business Administration and Accountancy, Associate Professor Dr. Napaporn Likhitwongkhajorn, Chairwoman of the Bachelor of Accountancy Program, Mr. Winij Silamongkol, Chairman of the Council of Accountants, Mrs. Suwimol Krittayakian, Chairwoman of the Subcommittee on Supervision of Branch Administration, the Council of Accountants, and Ms. Chawana Wiwattanaphopchat, Advisor to the Subcommittee on Supervision of Branch Administration, the Council of Accountants, who jointly signed the academic cooperation agreement at the Reception Room, Bayasita Hotel, Khon Kaen University (Assistant Professor Dr. Phongsutthi Phuensaen, Dean of the Faculty of Business Administration and Accountancy) (Mr. Winij Silamongkol, Chairman of the Council of Accountants). For the signing of the academic cooperation agreement, the Faculty of Business Administration and Accountancy, Khon Kaen University and the Council of Accountants Under royal patronage, there has been mutual agreement to carry out activities in providing academic services or other academic activities, consisting of promoting and supporting the production of graduate accountants to be accounting professionals with quality that meets the needs of professional organizations, jointly acting as a mediator between members of the Accountancy Council and the Accountancy Council in disseminating information, as well as being aware of various problems and obstacles.

KKBS organizes “Next Gen Upskills” activity to enhance students’ skills in creating digital content and social media marketing.

On August 17-18, 2024, the Next Gen Business Club, Faculty of Business Administration and Accountancy, Khon Kaen University organized the Next Gen Upskills: Digital Content Creation & Social Media Marketing activity at Room 2303, Building BS02, Faculty of Business Administration and Accountancy and Khun Nai Banna Homestay, Ubonrat District, Khon Kaen Province. KKBS has been certified with ISO/IEC 27001:2013 for information security.

Faculty of Business Administration and Accountancy, Khon Kaen University has been certified with the Information Security Management System (ISMS) or ISO/IEC 27001, which is an information security management standard that emphasizes the 3 main pillars of Data Security (CIA): Confidentiality, Integrity, and Availability. Assistant Professor Dr. Phongsut Phuensaen, Dean of the Faculty of Business Administration and Accountancy, said that the faculty has improved and developed the faculty's information system to be consistent with and in accordance with the requirements of the international standard ISO/IEC 27001:2013, with the objective of protecting data and information systems to be secure, building confidence for users and related persons, as well as protecting data from unauthorized access, as well as managing impacts to information, which has been continuously provided. "The faculty started the project in 2021, with Associate Professor Dr. Pensri Charoenwanich as the dean at that time, and Assistant Professor Dr. Phongsut Phuensaen as the deputy dean for administration and strategic planning. We have improved the work system, regulations, processes, work procedures, policy determination, responsibilities, control, inspection, and risk assessment. and establish a continuity plan

KKBS fulfills dreams by organizing a camp to prepare for entering KKU through the activity “KKBS CAMP 2024” to find the right identity and the career you like.

During August 17-18 and 24-25, 2024, the Faculty of Business Administration and Accountancy, Khon Kaen University organized the Khon Kaen Business School Intelligent Student Camp 2024 (KKBS Camp 2024). This year is the 7th year and has attracted the attention of 486 high school students nationwide who participated in the event. There were 6 courses: Management, Business and Logistics Skills and Knowledge Course; Tourism Innovation Management Skills and Knowledge Course (Thai Language Group); Tourism Innovation Management Skills and Knowledge Course (English Language Group); Accounting Skills and Knowledge Course; Financial and Financial Technology Skills and Knowledge Course; Digital Entrepreneurship Skills and Knowledge Course; and Marketing Technology Skills and Knowledge Course. KKBS Camp is a camp for high school students who are interested in studying courses at the Faculty of Business Administration and Accountancy, Khon Kaen University. They can learn from real experiences through workshop activities with experts in each course and current alumni who provide advice to students through various activities that include important content about studying and living on campus, so that students can find what they like and the right career for their future.

On 22-23 August 2024, KKBS Career Excellence Centre (KKBS CEC), Faculty of Business Administration and Accountancy, Khon Kaen University, organized a training session on the topic of “AI Strategies: Develop strategies for AI to do it instead”, honored by Mr. Jamikorn Phiwlaong, Director of Data Centre and IT Solution, Spectre C Company Limited, Founder of JBTechBuffet and Board Member of the Thai Website and Online Media Administrators Association, along with Mr. Thanawat Khemwatcharalert, Software Developer, BorntoDev Company Limited, and Ms. Kanokporn Kulsri, Chief Strategic Officer, Online Engineer Group Company Limited and Southeast Asia Young Business.

KKBS organizes a workshop “Khon Kaen Tourism in Digital Era” to join forces with the network to drive tourism in Khon Kaen Province in the digital era.

During August 21-22, 2024, the Asia Pacific Tourism Center (CAPTOUR), Faculty of Business Administration and Accountancy, Khon Kaen University, organized the Khon Kaen Tourism in Digital Era: Networking, Strategic Planning and Academic Integration workshop at the Cheamkhwan Room, Bayasita Hotel, Khon Kaen Province. The workshop aimed to create a tourism network in Khon Kaen Province and drive tourism in Khon Kaen Province in the digital era. The participants were from educational institutions that teach tourism and services in Khon Kaen Province and interested persons from the private sector (Asst. Prof. Dr. Phongsutthi Phuensaen, Dean of the Faculty of Business Administration and Accountancy, Khon Kaen University). The workshop included a seminar on the topic of “Development of the Khon Kaen Tourism Industry in the Digital Era and the Strategic Plan for Tourism in Khon Kaen Province”, honored by the following distinguished speakers: Asst. KKBS presents Agriculture Technology concept at “DIGINEXT Ignite Isan Digital Hub” event, pushing the country towards a digital economy and society.

On August 16, 2024, the Faculty of Business Administration and Accountancy, Khon Kaen University, led by Assistant Professor Dr. Phongsutthi Phuensaen, Dean of the Faculty of Business Administration and Accountancy, along with Dr. Witika Tangchan, Deputy Dean for Academic Affairs, and Dr. Aphasri Sothornwit, Lecturer of the Digital Entrepreneurship Program, led students to attend the “DIGINEXT: Ignite Isan Digital Hub” event to jointly present ideas for driving Agriculture Technology and welcomed Mr. Prasert Chantararuangthong, Acting Minister of Digital Economy and Society, on the occasion of listening to opinions and suggestions at Ad Lib Hotel (Kean Kaew, 28th floor), Mueang District, Khon Kaen Province (Assistant Professor Dr. Phongsutthi Phuensaen, Dean of the Faculty of Business Administration and Accountancy, Khon Kaen University). The event was to promote and support the development of digital industries and innovations, and to further develop the application of digital technology to create benefits for driving the economy and society, along with promoting and supporting the development of smart cities, as well as developing government and private sector personnel to have knowledge and understanding in the application of digital technology and innovations as an important mechanism to drive the country towards a digital economy and society.
