On Monday 18 November 2018, Khon Kaen University, led by the Sustainable Enterprise and Society Division and the Physical and Environment Division, organized the Food Waste Heroes: Energizing Insects activity, an activity under the Zero Food Waste project, Khon Kaen University. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Chanchai Panthongviriyakul, President of Khon Kaen University, presided over the opening ceremony. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Chuphong Thongkamsamut, Vice President for Physical and Environment, and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Thidarat Boonmas, Vice President for Sustainable Enterprise and Society, gave reports on the project. Staff and students attended the event in large numbers at the activity area, 2nd floor, Food and Service Center (Complex), Khon Kaen University.
