สำนักบริการวิชาการ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น จัดอบรม หลักสูตร UpSkill ผู้ปฏิบัติงานองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น ในหัวข้อ “การทำฎีกาเบิกจ่าย ใบสำคัญสรุปใบนำส่งเงิน งบทดลอง และรายงานสถานะการเงินในระบบบัญชี NEW e-LAAS” ปีงบประมาณ 2568 ระหว่างวันที่ 15-17 พฤศจิกายน 2567 ณ โรงแรมหรรษาเจบี อำเภอหาดใหญ่ จังหวัดสงขลา มีผู้เข้าร่วมอบรมจำนวน 312 ท่าน หลักสูตรนี้ได้รับเกียรติจาก ทีมวิทยากรผู้เชี่ยวชาญจากกรมส่งเสริมการปกครองท้องถิ่น และ ทีมครู ก. The Academic Service Office, Khon Kaen University, organized a training course on “Administrative Law on Personnel Administration and Civil Servant Discipline” during October 23-25, 2024 in Bangkok. This training course received attention from executives and personnel from government and private organizations, including universities, the Lower Northeast Veterinary Research and Development Center, Chitrlada Technology Institute, Ranong Highways District, Prachuap Khiri Khan Provincial Public Health Office, the Sugarcane and Sugar Fund Office, the Department of Older Personnel Affairs, the Office of Natural Resources and Environmental Policy and Planning, the Office of the Law Office, and local administrative organizations, totaling 43 participants. Five nationally recognized speakers shared their knowledge of administrative law and personnel administration, namely: Dr. Sumet Saengnimnuan, former Governor of Chiang Rai Province and Advisor to the Senior Executive Program, Ministry of Education; Mr. Pirun Phianlamlert, former Advisor to the Civil Service System, Office of the Civil Service Commission; and Dr. Charoenporn Thoranin, former Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Education. and former member of the Ethical Protection Committee, Mr. Surapong Intharathaworn, Deputy Secretary-General of the NACC, Mr. Pranai Vanichanon, Chief Justice of the Supreme Administrative Court
สำนักบริการวิชาการ มข. จัดอบรม Upskill บุคลากรองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น หลักสูตร “การป้องกันการกระทำความผิดเกี่ยวกับการทุจริตการจัดซื้อจัดจ้างภาครัฐ และข้อบกพร่อง กรณีศึกษาข้อชี้มูล จาก องค์กรและหน่วยงานที่มีอำนาจตรวจสอบการใช้จ่ายงบประมาณของแผ่นดิน แนวทางการปฏิบัติงานของเจ้าหน้าที่ที่เกี่ยวข้องด้านจัดซื้อจัดจ้างภาครัฐ การบริหารสัญญา ปัญหาการอุทธรณ์ ข้อร้องเรียน อุปสรรคในการปฏิบัติงานจัดซื้อจัดจ้าง” รุ่นที่ 5 ระหว่างวันที่ 10-12 พฤษภาคม 2567 ณ โรงแรมกรุงศรีริเวอร์ จังหวัดอยุธยา โดยมีผู้สนใจเข้ารับการอบรม จำนวน 121 ท่าน วิทยากร อาจารย์ธีรัตน์ บางเพ็ชร ผู้อำนวยการส่งเสริมและบูรณาการมีส่วนร่วมต้านทุจริต รักษาราชการแทน สำนักงาน ป.ป.ช.ประจำจังหวัดขอนแก่น และ อาจารย์ศิลิกา การดี กรมส่งเสริมปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น โดยหลักสูตรนี้ ผู้เข้ารับการอบรมจะได้รับความกระจ่าง กรณีหากมีการอุทธรณ์จะดำเนินการต่ออย่างไร แนวทางการพิจารณาคำอุทธรณ์ กรณีใดบ้างจะต้องส่งคำอุทธรณ์ไปยังคณะกรรมการพิจารณาทบทวนไปยังกรมบัญชีกลาง
The Academic Service Office, Khon Kaen University, in collaboration with the Association of Internal Auditors of Thailand, organized a training course on “Fraud Audit for Internal Auditors” during December 21-22, 2023 at the Duwari Jomtien Beach Hotel, Pattaya, Chonburi Province, with a total of 29 interested participants. The lecturers for this course were Pol. Lt. Siwarak Pinijram and Mr. Phongsak Saengsingkee, who are experts in fraud auditing from the Association of Internal Auditors of Thailand, who shared their knowledge, exchanged ideas, and held a workshop on fraud risk management, which received interest from government agencies, the Department of Medical Services, higher education institutions, hospitals, and local administrative organizations.
The Academic Service Office, Khon Kaen University organized the course “Information Technology System Auditing: IT Auditing, Generation 1” on October 26-27, 2023 at the Na Muang Room, Charoen Thani Hotel, Khon Kaen. This course was organized to Upskill personnel or internal auditors who must perform information technology auditing work. There were more than 57 interested participants from various agencies and all regions. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Chuchai Kamonlert, Director of the Academic Service Office, spoke about the importance of internal audit workload. Currently, working in the digital age, information systems or IT are important in organizations. Therefore, operations must be efficient and reliable to reduce the risks that may arise from various problems that occur in various forms. This time, we have expert speakers to share knowledge for use in the organization to maximize work efficiency.
