The Academic Service Office, Khon Kaen University, organized an Upskill course for local government personnel, “Techniques and strategies for developing the potential of personnel on duty, the Acceptance Committee (Contract Management), the Procurement or Hiring Committee by Electronic Bidding (e-bidding), Selection Method, Specific Method, Procurement of Specific Land and Buildings, Consideration of Appeal Comments, Drafting the Scope of Work for Contract Services according to W 9636, Specific Characteristics of Materials (TOR) of Assembled Vehicles, along with Annual Inspection of Materials, and Distribution of Materials”, 2nd batch, between 29 November – 1 December 2024.
