On Tuesday, March 15, 2022, at the Wittayawipas Meeting Room 3, 3rd floor, Wittayawipas Building, Khon Kaen University, I-BITZ COMPANY LIMITED and the College of Computer Science, Khon Kaen University, organized a signing ceremony for a memorandum of understanding on academic cooperation to create academic cooperation and exchange new knowledge and technologies that benefit the community, society, and the environment, and to promote the production of graduates with capabilities that meet the country's needs. Both agencies aim to develop the potential of graduates at both undergraduate and graduate levels in the field of geoinformatics to have the knowledge and ability to apply the concept of using important Open Source Software in geoinformatics to apply and develop knowledge together with Internet of Things (IoT) devices to smart agriculture, smart cities, and other related fields, resulting in new research and innovations in geoinformatics, as well as providing students with experience and readiness to practice in real work, which is in line with the policy direction of Khon Kaen University and in line with the country's needs. In this signing, executives of both agencies consisted of Mr. Prasong Pateepomphong, Managing Director, and Associate Professor Dr. Siraphat Chiewchanwattana, Acting Dean of the College of Computer Science. With executives, faculty members and personnel from both agencies as witnesses, the signing ceremony was held at the Wittayawipas 3 meeting room.
