Khon Kaen Sales Team mobilizes forces to promote 'local high-value economic plants', KKU Science Park reinforces knowledge in innovative technology
On February 28, 2024, the Khon Kaen Provincial Commerce Office, Mr. Sarom Hom-sung-noen, Khon Kaen Provincial Commerce Officer, organized the 1/2024 Provincial Marketing Working Group (Provincial Salesman) meeting with Dr. Thaweesan Wichaiwong, President of the Khon Kaen Provincial Industry Office, relevant agencies, and the Khon Kaen University Science Park. Ms. Pornchawarat Thanaman, Manager of the Industrial Cooperation Coordination Department, and staff were assigned to attend the meeting at the Sirithanachai Meeting Room, 2nd Floor, Federation of Thai Industries, Mueang Khon Kaen District, Khon Kaen Province. The Provincial Marketing Working Group (Provincial Salesman) discussed the promotion of high-value economic crops in Khon Kaen Province and the management of the cassava supply chain in Khon Kaen Province. From the discussion, guidelines were obtained to increase the value of cassava through processing it as a primary raw material or developing it into a new product, as well as collecting marketing data and market demand both domestically and internationally.
