On Thursday, November 21, 2024, the President of the Council of University Teachers of Thailand (POT) together with the Council of Staff of Khon Kaen University organized the POT Academic Conference 2024 under the topic of Generative AI in Transforming Education: Innovations, Challenges, and Future Prospects at Avani Khon Kaen Hotel and Convention Center, Khon Kaen Province. Asst. Prof. Dr. Phatthawit Phonphinij, Vice President for Human Resources, Khon Kaen University, welcomed the participants of the ceremony to receive the Royal Plaque of Outstanding National Teachers and the POT National Academic Conference 2024, and stated that he would like to thank the Council of University Teachers of Thailand (POT) for honoring and giving the Council of Staff of Khon Kaen University the opportunity to host the POT National Academic Conference and welcome everyone today.            The Office of the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation, in collaboration with the Academic Service Office, Khon Kaen University, organized a workshop to improve the Non-degree Diploma Curriculum selected to participate in the New Generation Graduates Project, Fiscal Year 2023, during October 8-10, 2023 at Le Cassia Hotel, Khon Kaen Province. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Maitree Inprasit, Vice President for Academic Affairs, Khon Kaen University, gave a welcome and opening speech, and gave a policy presentation by Assoc. Prof. Bandit Tipakorn, Chairman of the Ad Hoc Subcommittee for the Administration of the New Generation Graduates Project. Lectures and Workshops on Curriculum Development Focusing on Learning Outcomes and Curriculum Development Based on the OBE Concept by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Darunee Chotisayangkun, Dean of the Faculty of Agriculture and a team of lecturers from the Faculty of Agriculture, Faculty of Education and Faculty of Medical Technology, to improve the curriculum to meet the requirements and enhance knowledge and understanding for higher education institutions participating in the project. In designing the curriculum to be consistent with the objectives of the New Generation Graduates Project, totaling 19 curricula.
