The Pong Lang Sin Sai band from KKU has won the championship for 3 consecutive years.

Best work of the year: The Pong Lang Sin Sai Ensemble, Faculty of Fine Arts, Khon Kaen University, won the championship for 3 consecutive years in the Pong Lang Folk Music Contest under the Royal Trophy of Her Majesty Queen Sirikit the Queen Mother at the 2023 Isan Local Wisdom and Recreation Festival.
