All Day Pasta by Chef Pizza

KKU staff members and interested participants are cordially invited to join “All Day Pasta by Chef Pizza,” a short course that combines learning, creativity, and enjoyment in one day. The program is organized by the Center for International Creative Lifelong Learning, KKU International College, in collaboration with Chef Pizza (Khun Parkin Pradaphon), a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu Dusit Culinary School and the owner of a fine dining restaurant.

This workshop is designed for pasta lovers of all levels; no prior experience is required. Participants will gain hands-on experience throughout the entire process, from ingredient selection and preparation to seasoning, cooking, and plating.
The workshop features 3 popular dishes:

1. Fettuccini Cream Truffle
2. Classic Carbonara
3. Spaghetti with Tomato Sauce

After completing the workshop, participants may take their handmade pasta home. Participants will also receive full recipes, a certificate of participation, and cooking tutorial videos for future reference.

The workshop is offered in two sessions. Participants may choose one date:
Saturday, 17 January 2026, or Sunday, 18 January 2026
from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM
at the Kitchen Studio, G Floor, KKU International College.

The registration fee is 1,990 THB per person (regular price: 2,490 THB),
offered as a special Christmas and New Year promotion.
Registration is open until 11 January 2026.
