บัณฑิตวิทยาลัย มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น เป็นเจ้าภาพจัดการประชุมคณะผู้บริหารบัณฑิตศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยของรัฐและมหาวิทยาลัยในกำกับของรัฐ (ทคบร.) ครั้งที่ 1/2569 เมื่อวันที่ 13 มีนาคม พ.ศ. 2569 ณ ห้องประชุมรับขวัญ โรงแรมบายาสิตา โดยมีผู้บริหารระดับสูงจาก 15 สถาบันการศึกษาชั้นนำทั่วประเทศเข้าร่วมประชุม เพื่อหารือกลยุทธ์พัฒนาการศึกษาระดับสูงสู่มาตรฐานโลก(สมาชิก ทคบร. รวมทั้งสิ้น 25 สถาบันทั่วประเทศ) รศ.นพ.ชาญชัย พานทองวิริยะกุล อธิการบดีมหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น กล่าวต้อนรับและนำเสนอปาฐกถาพิเศษเรื่อง “ทิศทางการบริหาร วิจัยบัณฑิตศึกษา กับการเป็นมหาวิทยาลัยวิจัย” โดยชี้แนวทางการยกระดับสถาบันการศึกษาไทยสู่การเป็นมหาวิทยาลัยวิจัยระดับโลก พร้อมเน้นความสำคัญของการสร้างระบบนิเวศการวิจัยที่ทันสมัย การแบ่งปันทรัพยากรห้องปฏิบัติการระหว่างสถาบัน และการปรับบทบาทมหาวิทยาลัยจากเพียงสถานศึกษาไปสู่การเป็นกลไกขับเคลื่อนนวัตกรรมและเศรษฐกิจของประเทศ แนวคิดการเปลี่ยนบัณฑิตศึกษาให้เป็นงานวิจัยของมหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น มีหัวใจสำคัญคือการปรับเปลี่ยนมุมมองและวิธีการจัดการศึกษาในระดับสูง โดยเปลี่ยนมุมมองจากการศึกษาเป็นงานวิจัย โดยกำหนดให้นักศึกษาระดับบัณฑิตศึกษามีสถานะเป็น “ผู้ช่วยวิจัย (Research Assistant)” พร้อมการเชื่อมโยงการเรียนการสอนกับงานวิจัยอย่างเป็นรูปธรรม การให้อาจารย์นำผลงานวิจัยตนเองมาใช้ในการสอน และการมุ่งเน้นผลงานวิจัยระดับ T1 และ Q1 เพื่อยกระดับการจัดอันดับโลก รศ. ดร.วีระภาส คุณรัตนสิริ ประธานที่ประชุมคณะผู้บริหารบัณฑิตศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยของรัฐและมหาวิทยาลัยในกำกับของรัฐ (ทคบร.) ดำเนินการประชุมตามระเบียบวาระ ในช่วงบ่าย ศ.ดร.เกียรติไชย ฟักศรี คณบดีบัณฑิตวิทยาลัย มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น แบ่งปันประสบการณ์ผ่านกิจกรรม “EdPEx300 For
