The Office of Academic Administration and Development launches an online proxy system, upgrading Counter Service to the Cashless & Queue era, increasing safety and convenience.
The Office of Academic Administration and Development has developed a system for granting power of attorney for important educational documents through the latest Micro Service, supporting use at the Counter Service with Cashless & Queue technology, reducing complicated steps and increasing security in requesting important documents. The system's highlights are: - Verifying the identities of both parties, preventing incorrect power of attorney - Connecting to the Cashless & Queue service, convenient and fast - Preventing problems requesting documents instead of having a supporting system The inspiration for the development came from the interest and study of the process of requesting documents instead of universities. The Office of Academic Administration and Development has therefore moved forward to develop this system to address the problems that many do not yet have solutions for. This system is in line with the strategy to transform the organization into the digital age (Digital Transformation) by using technology to increase service efficiency and reduce unnecessary workloads. The system will be available from the beginning of the fiscal year 2025 onwards, and the Office of Academic Administration and Development continues to develop the digital service system continuously to facilitate and increase security standards for students and alumni of Khon Kaen University.
