Humanities and Social Sciences students, Khon Kaen University organized the “5th Humanities and Social Sciences Camp” to “Train students to learn and understand the community better.” The Student Council of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Khon Kaen University organized the 5th Humanities and Social Sciences Camp Project for the Academic Year 2019 at Ban Thap Somboon School, Phu Pha Man District, Khon Kaen Province. The opening ceremony was honored by Mr. Saneh Kota, Director of Ban Thap Somboon School, presiding over the event on January 10-12, 2020. The 5th Humanities and Social Sciences Camp Project for the Academic Year 2019 aimed to enable students to learn to share and help others through the process of organizing a volunteer camp for development and community service. Students gained knowledge and understanding of the community and gained more experience from community-based learning. In order to encourage students to gain more knowledge and experience, to dare to express themselves, and to use their free time productively, Ms. Angsuma Phankaew (Angkor), a 3rd-year student in the Social Sciences Program, majoring in Social Development, and Vice President of the Student Council of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences and the person in charge of the project, spoke about the importance of organizing the Humanities and Social Sciences Camp Project.
