On Tuesday, 7 July 2026, the Communications Division of Khon Kaen University (KKU) welcomed a delegation of faculty members and students from the Digital Communication Innovation programme, Department of Humanities and Social Sciences, Faculty of Liberal Arts and Science, Roi Et Rajabhat University. The educational visit aimed to exchange institutional knowledge and practical experience in corporate communications, digital media production, and the use of modern technology in content creation. The session convened in Meeting Room 1, Research Administration Division, Administration Office Building 2, Khon Kaen University.
Mr. Chumporn Para, Director of the Communications Division, officially welcomed the visiting delegation and delivered a briefing on the division’s roles, core missions, and strategic operational guidelines. He highlighted the management of Khon Kaen University’s diverse communication channels, emphasising how corporate communication in the digital era must adapt to engage target audiences efficiently and effectively.
Following the welcome, Lecturer Suthanya Krittakom, Chair of the Digital Communication Innovation programme at Roi Et Rajabhat University, expressed her gratitude to Khon Kaen University for offering this valuable opportunity. She noted that the visit allowed both faculty and students to learn directly from professionals with extensive experience in institutional communication.
During the session, specialists from the Communications Division shared practical expertise on various forms of digital media production. Mr. Boripat Thasee, Audio-Visual Technical Officer, presented on “Content Production on Instagram”, detailing conceptual frameworks, strategic planning, and content creation techniques tailored to social media user behaviour. He showcased operations from the official KKU Instagram account, which serves as one of the university’s primary communication platforms.
Additionally, Ms. Porntip Khamdee, Senior Audio-Visual Technical Officer, and Mr. Nattawut Jaruwong, Audio-Visual Technical Officer, co-presented on “Short Clip Production and AI Integration in Media Production”. They demonstrated how Artificial Intelligence (AI) can be applied in planning, producing, and developing digital media to boost workflow efficiency and elevate the overall quality of corporate communications.
The event concluded with an interactive Q&A and knowledge-sharing session. This allowed the visiting students and faculty to engage in open discussions, exchange creative ideas, and receive direct advice from the experienced communications team of Khon Kaen University.
This academic visit reflects the role of the Communications Division of Khon Kaen University as a hub for learning and knowledge dissemination in corporate communications and digital media. It also underscores the university’s commitment to strengthening academic networks between higher education institutions.
