On 8 June 2026, at the Medical Technology Professional Council, Ministry of Public Health, Nonthaburi Province, Mr. Bunyarit Buriraksa, a third-year medical technology student at Khon Kaen University, together with Assistant Dean for Student Potential and Academic Development, received a certificate of honor in recognition of being awarded the **“Outstanding Moral and Ethical Award, Professor Veekul Veeranuwat Foundation, for the Academic Year 2025”**. This prestigious national award is presented to honor students who serve as role models of good conduct and who adhere firmly to the professional code of ethics.

Mr. Boonyarit shared his thoughts behind this achievement, saying that the award is not only a source of personal pride, but also a meaningful reminder of the importance of morality and ethics in life.

> “Being a good person and being of service to others does not require waiting until we are fully ready or until we can do something grand. It can begin with small acts of kindness offered to one another every day. I believe that if we all have ‘morality’ as our foundation and ‘ethics’ as our guiding principle, our society will truly move toward peace and happiness. I am ready to be part of continuing this goodness as a medical technologist with great pride.”

He also expressed his gratitude to the Faculty of Associated Medical Sciences, faculty members, staff, fellow students, and his family, all of whom have continuously supported him and served as good role models. He dedicated this prestigious award to everyone, as this success is the result of the love, kindness, and guidance received from all sectors throughout his educational journey.

This achievement stands as another testament to the firm commitment of the Faculty of Associated Medical Sciences, Khon Kaen University, which not only aims to produce graduates of academic excellence but also places great importance on instilling knowledge alongside morality, in order to produce healthcare professionals ready to play a vital role in supporting Thailand’s healthcare system in the future.
