The Faculty of Dentistry at Khon Kaen University continues its commitment to developing the potential of its staff and students by organising a special legal lecture. The event was held as part of the “High-Performance Organisation (HPO)” project, under the “DENT เด่นรอบด้าน (All-Round Excellence) EP.4” activity, on Wednesday, 18 March 2026, at Lecture Room 1, 2nd Floor, Mahitalanusorn Building.
The event was honoured to feature Professor Emeritus Thongthong Chandransu, an expert in law and history and a legal advisor to the Faculty, as the guest speaker. He delivered an insightful and engaging presentation on key legal knowledge relevant to the context of a university-level educational institution.
The lecture content focused on raising awareness among faculty members, staff, and students about their rights, duties, and legal provisions related to their work and life within the university. Professor Emeritus Chandransu provided practical, real-world case studies that could be applied directly, thereby strengthening legal literacy and enhancing professionalism in all dimensions.
This activity reflects the Faculty of Dentistry’s dedication to developing well-rounded personnel equipped with the essential skills for the 21st century, driving the organisation towards becoming a sustainable high-performance organisation.
Furthermore, the Faculty’s HPO project has been continuously implemented across various dimensions. To date, activities have been organised in three key areas:
1. Organisational Communication and Innovation: A session on “Communication and Innovation Strategies to Drive Organisational Success” was held on 26 November 2025, featuring Mr. Phongpasu Unaphrom, Deputy Managing Director and Chief Growth Officer of Giffarine Skyline Unity Co., Ltd.
2. Organisational Well-being: A lecture on “Creating Sustainable Well-being in the Organisation” took place on 14 January 2026, with Assistant Professor Adisorn Chantaratsuk, Ph.D., Dean of the Faculty of Learning Sciences and Education, Thammasat University, as the speaker.
3. Marketing Technology: A talk on “Domestic and International Marketing Strategies for Dental Hospital System Development” was delivered by Ms. Jiaranai Boonprasatsook, Chief Marketing Officer at Bangkok Hospital Head Office and a marketing technology advisor to the Faculty.
All three distinguished speakers have also generously agreed to serve as advisors for the HPO project in their respective fields, providing strategic guidance and supporting the Faculty’s continuous and tangible development.
The “DENT เด่นรอบด้าน EP.4” event was not only an opportunity to enhance legal knowledge but also a significant step in cultivating “quality personnel” who are prepared to drive the organisation towards stable, sustainable growth and adapt to future changes.
