Khon Kaen University (KKU) held the KKU Virtual Open House 2026, a promotional event designed to introduce academic programmes accepting international applicants.
Khon Kaen University (KKU) organised the KKU Virtual Open House 2026 to promote and introduce its academic programmes available for international student enrolment. The event took place on 21–22 January 2026 via Zoom Meeting and the Facebook page: KKU International Student Recruitment.
The opening ceremony was presided over by Professor Kiatichai Faksri, Dean of the Graduate School, and Assistant Professor Acharawan Topark-Ngarm, Assistant to the President for International Affairs, delivered the welcoming remarks to the participating international students.
The Virtual Open House attracted strong interest from an international audience. On 21 January 2026, the sessions focused on academic programmes within the Health Sciences and Science and Technology clusters. On 22 January 2026, the programme continued with presentations from the Humanities cluster, along with a range of undergraduate programmes available for international enrolment.
In addition to programme presentations, the event provided participants with opportunities to interact directly with faculty members and representatives from various faculties. Prospective students were able to inquire in detail about curricula, scholarship opportunities, research directions, and teaching and learning approaches, allowing them to gain a clearer understanding of academic life at Khon Kaen University.
The KKU Virtual Open House 2026 reflects the University’s proactive approach to international student recruitment and its ongoing efforts to expand global academic engagement through accessible digital platforms.
