The College of Local Administration (COLA), Khon Kaen University (KKU), organised a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signing ceremony for academic collaboration with The 1O1 Percent Co., Ltd. The event took place at the COLA building, Khon Kaen University, on 22 January 2026.

Assistant Professor Sirisak Laochankham, Dean of the College of Local Administration, signed the agreement on behalf of Khon Kaen University, while Mr. Chat Khamsaeng, authorised representative of The 1O1 Percent Co., Ltd.’s Executive Board, signed on behalf of the company.

The objective of this collaboration is to foster cooperation in academic affairs, research, social innovation development, knowledge exchange, and the organisation of seminars, workshops, and community services. This partnership aims specifically at achieving sustainable development for local areas, communities, and society.

The Dean of the College of Local Administration stated, “This collaboration aligns perfectly with COLA’s mission to be a leading institution in public affairs, creating value for society. It also serves as an integrated platform marrying expertise from both the academic and private sectors, thereby generating positive long-term impacts on national development.”
