KHON KAEN, Thailand – On 14 January 2026, the Faculty of Dentistry at Khon Kaen University hosted a workshop titled “Sustainable Corporate Well-being.” This initiative is a core component of the Faculty’s High Performance Organisation (HPO) strategy, specifically the “Dent Den Rob Dan” (Excellent in All Dimensions) project, which aims to enhance personnel potential while fostering a comprehensive and sustainable quality of life within the workplace.
The workshop served as a follow-up to the previous session held on 26 November 2025, which focused on Corporate Communications and Innovation (EP.1). That session, titled “Communication Strategies and Innovation for Driving Organisational Success,” was led by Mr. Pongpasu Unaphrom, Executive Vice President and Chief Corporate Growth Officer of Giffarine Skyline Unity Co., Ltd., who also serves as a consultant on corporate communications and innovation for the Faculty.
The current session, EP.2, pivoted towards Corporate Well-being. It was designed to deepen the understanding of well-being across various dimensions, which the Faculty identifies as the essential foundation for effective institutional development.
The event was honoured to have Assistant Professor Adisorn Juntrasook, Ph.D., Dean of the Faculty of Learning Sciences and Education at Thammasat University and a corporate well-being consultant for the Faculty of Dentistry, KKU, as the keynote speaker. Assistant Professor Juntrasook shared valuable knowledge, concepts, and experiences regarding the creation of workplace well-being, providing inspiration and practical frameworks for staff to implement in their professional daily lives.
The organisation of this activity reflects the unwavering commitment of the Faculty of Dentistry, Khon Kaen University, to pursue holistic development. By balancing operational performance with the care and quality of life of its personnel, the Faculty aims to build a resilient, energetic, and sustainable organisation in the long term.
Under the leadership of Assistant Professor Ajiravudh Subarnbhesaj, Ph.D., Dean of the Faculty of Dentistry, the Faculty continues to prioritise the human element as the driving force behind academic and clinical excellence.
