KHON KAEN, Thailand – On 14 January 2026, the Faculty of Dentistry, Khon Kaen University, organised a workshop titled “Sustainable Corporate Well-being.” This initiative is a key component of the Faculty’s High Performance Organisation (HPO) strategy, specifically the “Dent Den Rob Dan” (Excellent in All Dimensions) project, which aims to enhance personnel potential while promoting a holistic and sustainable quality of working life.
The workshop served as a continuation of a previous session held on 26 November 2025, which focused on Corporate Communication and Innovation (EP.1). That session, titled “Communication Strategies and Innovation for Driving Organisational Success,” was led by Mr. Pongpasu Unaphrom, Executive Vice President and Chief Corporate Growth Officer of Giffarine Skyline Unity Co., Ltd., who also serves as a consultant on corporate communications and innovation for the Faculty.
The current session, EP.2, shifted its focus to Corporate Well-being. It was designed to deepen participants’ understanding of well-being across multiple dimensions, which the Faculty recognises as a fundamental foundation for effective and sustainable institutional development.
The event was honoured to have Assistant Professor Adisorn Juntrasook, Ph.D., Dean of the Faculty of Learning Sciences and Education at Thammasat University and a corporate well-being consultant for the Faculty of Dentistry, KKU, as the keynote speaker. Assistant Professor Juntrasook shared insightful knowledge, conceptual perspectives, and professional experiences on cultivating workplace well-being, offering inspiration alongside practical frameworks that staff can apply in their daily professional lives.
The organisation of this activity reflects the unwavering commitment of the Faculty of Dentistry, Khon Kaen University, to pursue holistic development. By balancing operational performance with the care and quality of life of its personnel, the Faculty seeks to build a resilient, dynamic, and sustainable organisation over the long term.
Under the leadership of Assistant Professor Ajiravudh Subarnbhesaj, Ph.D., Dean of the Faculty of Dentistry, the Faculty continues to prioritise the human element as the driving force behind academic and clinical excellence.
