17 November 2568 – The Faculty of Education, Khon Kaen University (KKU), led by Assoc. Prof. Issara Kanjak, Ph.D., Dean of the Faculty of Education, formally welcomed Asst. Prof. Kriangkrai Phasuta, Ph.D., Dean of the Faculty of Education, Nakhon Phanom University, along with executive team members and staff. The delegation visited the KKU Faculty of Education to study its operations and exchange knowledge. The primary objectives of this visit were to explore strategies for educational management and to foster academic collaboration between the two institutions.
During the reception, Assoc. Prof. Issara Kanjak provided essential background information about the KKU Faculty of Education, covering its history, organisational structure, and the process of producing high-quality teacher graduates. He highlighted the Faculty’s vision: “Leading ASEAN Faculty of Education focusing on educational innovation for sustainable development,” and its goal of cultivating innovative graduates equipped with essential future skills, thereby laying a crucial foundation for sustainable educational development.
Furthermore, the executives from the Faculty of Education, Nakhon Phanom University, engaged in discussions and exchanged views on the Faculty’s information management systems. Efficient data management is critical for driving the organisation forward and effectively supporting learning and teaching activities.
Following the discussions, the visiting delegation toured the Commercial Innovation Center, a facility dedicated to developing research prototypes for potential commercial production. The visit concluded with a tour of the KKU International Demonstration School.
This successful visit marks a significant opportunity for establishing academic collaborative networks between the Faculty of Education at Khon Kaen University and the Faculty of Education at Nakhon Phanom University. This aligns seamlessly with the KKU Faculty of Education’s mission to provide academic services by transferring knowledge. The knowledge exchange facilitated by this engagement is expected to lead to improvements in educational quality and the production of highly potential educational personnel, ultimately benefiting the overall development of the nation’s education system.
