KKU Faculty of Interdisciplinary Studies Hosts “Grill & Talk” to Gather Student Feedback

The Faculty of Interdisciplinary Studies at Khon Kaen University (KKU) organized the “ISKKU Grill & Talk” event on October 7, 2025 to create a platform for administrators to connect directly with students and gather feedback for enhancing faculty operations.

The event, which took place at the activity area of the faculty’s Learning and Laboratory Building 2, was opened by Assistant Professor Dr. Suntree Boochitachon, the Dean of the Faculty of Interdisciplinary Studies. Its primary goal was to foster positive relationships and build trust between students and the faculty’s administrative team.

In her opening remarks, Dean Suntree emphasized the faculty’s commitment to creating an informal space for open dialogue. The event was designed to encourage students to express their opinions creatively, share experiences, and work together to identify practical solutions to challenges.

The feedback gathered will be used to improve various aspects of the faculty’s operations, including teaching and learning methods, administrative management, student services, and the campus environment.

The “ISKKU Grill & Talk” featured interactive sessions where students voiced concerns and suggestions, relationship-building exercises, and a shared “Mookata” (Thai-style barbecue) meal accompanied by live music. The university described the atmosphere as warm, friendly, and conducive to building a happy learning and living community on campus.
