MBA KKU at Khon Kaen University held a merit-making and alms-offering ceremony on September 9, 2025, to celebrate its 32nd anniversary. The event also served as a fundraiser to support the construction of a new building at Chonnabot Hospital in Khon Kaen province.
The ceremony, held in front of the new MBA KKU office building, was presided over by Luang Por Sai Thong Tejathammo, a highly respected monk. The fundraising initiative aims to gather funds for the construction of the “Tejathammo” building at the hospital, which will be dedicated to patient care and public health services in the area.
The event was officially chaired by Natsamol Tanakulrungsarit, Vice President for Legal Affairs and Communications at Khon Kaen University. Attendees were welcomed by Dr. Sakchai Charoensiripornkul, Dean of MBA KKU. The ceremony drew a large crowd, including university executives, faculty, staff, students, and members of the public.
The Communications Affairs Division KKU, led by its director, Chumporn Para, also participated in the event. Their presence marked a gesture of congratulations to the college on its anniversary and demonstrated support for the community-focused fundraising effort.
