On Monday, November 18, 2024, the Khon Kaen University Ethics Committee (KKU) held a mobile meeting at the Faculty of Technology, chaired by Mr. Surapol Petchwara, a distinguished member of the University Council. The meeting was held with the Faculty of Technology Ethics Committee to create a good atmosphere and exchange knowledge between the Khon Kaen University Ethics Committee and the Department Ethics Promotion Committee. - Technology should be “Technology For Life” for the benefit of humans and society, not just divided into Low or High Technology.
- Thailand has biodiversity that can be used to create added value, such as biotechnology, but it is still lacking in its full potential.

- Since 2017, the Ethics Promotion Committee has been established to improve its work to be in line with university regulations, such as promoting equality, avoiding violence, and fostering public awareness.

- Public relations clip contest on the topic of “Cultivating Ethical Consciousness”

- Improving the ethics website and adding channels for receiving complaints, such as QR Code and a direct line to the dean.
- Awarding of the “Sri Fueng Fa” award to honor ethical personnel

- “Appropriateness” and “appropriateness” depend on the situation and the person. Setting standards requires understanding and adapting them to the context.
