Students from Khon Kaen University’s Faculty of Business Administration and Accountancy won top prizes for their innovative marketing technology solutions at a prestigious national competition.
The Faculty of Business Administration and Accountancy (KKBS) at Khon Kaen University congratulates its students on winning national awards at the “MTEX Young Talent Bootcamp 2026” Hackathon Day. This intensive event, held on 2–3 May 2026, at the Thailand Institute of Justice (TIJ) in Bangkok, provided a platform for students nationwide to develop business concepts through the application of marketing technology (MarTech).

The competition featured an esteemed panel of judges who rigorously evaluated the entries. The committee included Mr. Chaipong Lapliengtrakul, President of the Marketing Technology Association of Thailand; Mr. Saroj Laohasiri, Vice President of the Association and Head of the MTEX Program; Mr. Phoemporn Maneesin, Managing Director of Tangtondee for Society Co., Ltd. (a social enterprise); and Mr. Thanachai Sunthornveth, Senior Manager of the Social Partnership and Engagement Department at the Thailand Institute of Justice.
In the final results, students from Khon Kaen University’s Faculty of Business Administration and Accountancy distinguished themselves by winning the following awards:

Both teams were advised by Dr. Narisara Phalusuk and Dr. Oranich Kamklieng, lecturers with expertise in marketing and digital technology at KKBS.

The “MTEX Young Talent Bootcamp 2026” attracted over 100 teams from across the country. Only seven teams were selected to advance to the Final Pitching round, where they presented their MarTech-driven business ideas for the “Tangtondee RESTART ACADEMY”. The challenge was to develop solutions that build brand awareness, drive conversion and collaboration, and foster positive advocacy, while also proposing marketing plans to expand opportunities through new channels using MarTech to enhance customer experience and deliver tangible results.
This success highlights the capabilities of students at the Faculty of Business Administration and Accountancy in integrating business knowledge, technology, and innovation into effective real-world applications. It reaffirms the Faculty’s commitment to preparing students for a competitive environment and ensuring they are equipped to navigate the evolving digital business landscape.
