“All Day Western by Chef Pizza” is a 5-hour intensive short course in Western cooking
We would like to invite all KKU staff and interested participants to join the Western cooking class “All Day Western by Chef Pizza.”
“All Day Western by Chef Pizza” is a 5-hour intensive short course in Western cooking, covering popular dishes including pasta, steak, and dessert. Participants will gain fundamental theoretical knowledge, essential cooking techniques, and hands-on experience in every step under the close guidance of Chef Pizza (Khun Parkin Pradaphon), an alumnus of Le Cordon Bleu and owner of PITCH.KKC restaurant.
Following the success of our previous pasta class, which was fully booked within a short period, this program is now open to those who are interested in developing their Western cooking skills, whether for personal enjoyment or for further commercial opportunities.
Participants will receive:
- Take home your own prepared dishes
- Recipes for all menus
- A certificate of completion
- Access to recorded class tutorial videos for review
Special registration fee: 1,990 THB per person
Limited to only 8 participants
