KKU Faculty of Dentistry Advances High Performance Organisation Agenda with EP.3 Academic Training on Marketing Technology and International Strategy for Dental Hospital System Development

The Faculty of Dentistry, Khon Kaen University (KKU), recently organised the third instalment (EP.3) of its academic training series focusing on marketing technology, titled: “Domestic and International Marketing Strategies for the Development of the Dental Hospital System.” This event was held under the framework of the High Performance Organisation (HPO) project, designed to enhance the potential and elevate the institution’s management to maximum efficiency and international competitiveness.

The training session featured Ms. Jiaranai Boonprasatsook, Marketing Director of Bangkok Hospital Headquarters and Marketing Technology Advisor for the KKU Faculty of Dentistry, as the expert speaker. Ms. Boonprasatsook shared essential knowledge, concepts, and experience concerning both domestic and international marketing strategies, aimed at enabling participants to apply these insights to improve the dental hospital system in alignment with the digital-era transformation. The event took place on Wednesday, 11 February 2026, at Lecture Room 1, 2nd Floor, Mahitalanusorn Building, Faculty of Dentistry, Khon Kaen University.

Assistant Professor Ajiravudh Subarnbhesaj, Ph.D., Dean of the Faculty of Dentistry, stated: “This training session was organised to strengthen management potential and elevate the performance of the dental hospital system, allowing it to respond effectively to global changes in the digital era and the increasing domestic and international competition. Marketing technology is considered a vital mechanism for driving modern organisations. It not only increases the efficiency of communication and service delivery but also acts as a strategic tool to build image, confidence, and sustainability for our dental hospital system.”

Ms. Thipwan Yongritpakorn, a staff member from the Dental Hospital, remarked on the session: “The knowledge was excellent! It truly opened our eyes to both Thai and international dental marketing, giving us an incredibly clear picture. It genuinely helps elevate the hospital, and I look forward to the next episode.”

Ms. Patcharin Chantima, a dental assistant, added: “I gained more knowledge than I had before. I never knew that private hospitals could operate in such diverse ways, with networks extending beyond just patient care. Even if it was just a fraction of the information, it is valuable for adjusting and improving our processes in a state hospital by understanding different service cultures.”

Khon Kaen University Faculty of Dentistry’s High Performance Organisation (HPO) project focuses on comprehensive and systematic organisational development, covering eight key dimensions of operation:

  1. Organisational Management
  2. Legal Affairs
  3. Environment and Social Responsibility
  4. Knowledge Management
  5. Organisational Communication and Innovation
  6. Organisational Well-being
  7. Human Resources
  8. Marketing Technology

The Faculty had already conducted training sessions under the HPO project in two prior dimensions:

Organisational Communication and Innovation: Focused on “Communication and Innovation Strategy to Drive Organisational Success,” held on 26 November 2025. The distinguished lecturer was Mr. Pongpasu Unaphrom, Deputy Managing Director and Chief Growth Officer of Giffarine Skyline Unity Company Limited.

Organisational Well-being: Focused on “Creating Sustainable Organisational Well-being,” held on 14 January 2026. This session featured Assistant Professor Adisorn Chantasurasek, Ph.D., Dean of the Faculty of Learning Sciences and Education, Thammasat University.

All three speakers have honoured the Faculty by agreeing to serve as advisors to the KKU Faculty of Dentistry on their respective specialised HPO dimensions. Their role is to jointly establish guidelines, provide strategic counselling, and continually support the concrete development of the organisation.

The academic training EP.3 on Marketing Technology thus represents another significant step in driving the Khon Kaen University Faculty of Dentistry towards becoming a truly High Performance Organisation through clear strategic direction, personnel potential development, the creation of a strong organisational culture, and the continuous improvement of operational processes for maximum efficiency.
