On 3 December 2025, the Faculty of Dentistry, Khon Kaen University (KKU),  led by Assoc. Prof. Anoma Rattanacharoenthum, Associate Dean for Administration, and Asst. Prof. Dr. Rajda Chaichit, Associate Dean for Strategy, along with unit heads, section chiefs, and personnel, warmly welcomed over 80 executives and staff members from Mahasarakham University (MSU). The visiting delegation was headed by Assistant Professor Dr. Jindaporn Jamroenlertlak, Vice President for Personnel Development and Operational Systems.

This study visit and knowledge exchange session was organized to explore key aspects of applying the Thailand Quality Award (TQA) criteria in organizational management, developing quality systems and outcome indicators, and identifying effective strategies for driving institutional excellence. Both parties engaged in a mutual exchange of experiences, opinions, and best practices that can be applied to the future development of each institution.
The atmosphere was warm, collegial, and constructive, reflecting the continuous and stable academic cooperation and organizational quality development between the two universities.
