Students from Khon Kaen University’s (KKU) Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences have achieved significant recognition, securing top honors at the 22nd “Path to Stardom: Digital TV News Announcer” competition. The event, held on Friday, September 12, 2068, at the Suranaree University of Technology’s Innovation and Educational Technology Center, saw students from various institutions showcase their potential in public speaking, presentation skills, and news announcing.
The competition highlighted the cultivation of quality personnel poised to enter the media industry. In the final round for the university level, KKU students earned two prestigious awards:
- Ms. Somruthai Chaodong was awarded the championship, receiving a trophy of honor and a scholarship of 10,000 baht.
- Ms. Thanicha Titrasmee received a commendation award, along with a certificate and a scholarship of 1,000 baht.
This achievement marks another source of pride for Khon Kaen University, underscoring its students’ capabilities to advance into the national media profession.
