January 4, 2021 – Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn granted an audience for and bestowed the prizes upon the personnel in the field of education who are awarded the 2021 National Outstanding Awards. Assoc. Prof. Sumalee Chaijaroen, Ph.D., Dean of the Faculty of Education attended the ceremony with the lecturers who are awarded this year, whose names are as follows: Assoc. Prof. Jarunee Chamat, Ph.D., Vice Dean for Education and Quality Development – A National Outstanding Lecturer Award; Asst. Prof. Niwat Srisawasdi, Ph.D., Vice Dean for Research and Creative Education Innovation – A National Outstanding Researcher Award; Ajarn Sanit Srikhun, Ph.D., a lecturer of the Department of Curriculum and Instruction – A National Outstanding Researcher Award; Ajarn Phawat Chaipidet, Ph.D., a lecturer of the Department of Science Study – A National Outstanding Thesis Award (Doctorate Degree Level); Ajarn Chinnapat Janruang, a teacher of Khon Kaen University Demonstration School (Kindergarten) – A National Outstanding Thesis Award (Master’s Degree Level); and Assoc. Prof. Samphan Phanphruek, Ph.D., a Former Dean of the Faculty of Education, Khon Kaen University – An Honorary Dean Award. The awarding ceremony for the 2021 National Outstanding Awards in Education was hosted by the Thailand Council of Deans of Faculties of Education in order to honor the personnel who have carried out their duties with dedication, patience, and sacrifice until the works are outstanding and benefit the development of education in the country. The prizes bestowed upon the personnel are the trophies and certificates.
