Khon Kaen University finds it necessary to adjust the instruction and to apply the e-learning or online learning model. This requires students to have an appropriate IT device. However, with the socio-economic situation during this critical period, a number of students are affected; they cannot afford a computer device for the new instructional approach. In order to solve the problem, the University therefore provides 2,297 computers for the students who need a computer.
