October 22, 2020, 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m., at Meeting Room 3, Science Park Main Building – Khon Kaen University launched a project to make better the information system to answer the KKU Transformation Policy. P.L.O.B Consulting Company, that is using a space in the main building of Science Park, will provide consults for this mission.
Mrs. Piyarat Ukrit, Director General of P.L.O.B Consulting Co. Ltd. and her team met with 50 KKU primary-level administrators, including staff members from the Finance Division, Office of the President and the Finance, Materials, and Human Resource Sections of Faculty of Medicine to discuss the processes and practices related to management of revenue accountancy.
At the meeting, a survey was made to investigate information of the prototype units in Khon Kaen University before the information system for practices and management of the major implementation system of Khon Kaen University was planned. Three different organizations were involved, namely the central units, the self-administering units, and the self-depending units. The designed and built tools were to be proposed to the University’s administrators for approval. This is under the KKU Transformation Policy in ecological aspect and the 8th Strategic Issue, i.e., to transform the organization towards the digital age, which is led by Assoc. Prof. Charnchai Panthongviriyakul, M.D., President of Khon Kaen University. The outcome of the meeting will be an innovative information system that will build confidence in the administration of work in the digital era, making the operations convenient, up-to-date and efficient. If the innovation can be efficiently used with the prototype organizations, the system is likely to be used in other organizations in KKU.
