Faculty of Architecture holds “the 14th Chang Khuet Fair” – a showcase of items made by New Gen and various cos-plays

February 24-26, 2023 – Faculty of Architecture, Khon Kaen University held “the 14th Chang Khuet Fair” under the theme “Night vagus”. The Fair featured selling of goods that were handmade and designed items of the students of the Faculty of Architecture. These items were both exhibited and sold. There were also parades, cosplays, random dance, musical bands and food trucks. The Fair was held at the multipurpose lawn in front of the Faculty of Architecture, Khon Kaen University.

The activities began on February 24 at 18.00 p.m.

The opening ceremony was presided over by Assoc. Prof. Chupong Thongkhamsamut, Ph.D., Dean of the Faculty. Asst. Prof. Burin Plengdeesakul, Ph.D., Dean of the Faculty of Fine and Applied Arts was one among the distinguished guests. Ajarn Narakorn Putthakhot, Assistant to the Dean for Student Affairs made the reporting speech of the Fair’s background. Group photographing followed the opening ceremony before a students’ folk music band played.

On February 25, 2023 at 17.00-22.00 p.m. – the Fair’s highlight event started, including: Cosplay Parade, Random Dance and Free Stage. These activities have been arranged for the second year.

On February 26, 2023 from 20.50 p.m. on – the Fair featured Random dance of a group of Architecture students.

“Chang Khuet Fair” has been organized for 14 years now. The objective of the Fair is to open up a chance for students to present their creative ideas. The Fair allows students to sell their goods that they have made by themselves, and apply their knowledge in management and administrative to organize activities and performances. Students design the arrangement of the Fair, advertisements, coordination, and public relation of the Fair to reach all target groups who are interested in all fields of arts.
